Nourish stores your meal plans, nutrition specifications, notes and activity journal in local storage on your device. It has no account system, analytics, advertising, or application server receiving this data.
The native iPhone and Android apps request read-only step data from Apple Health or Android Health Connect when you choose Connect. Imported steps are used only for your activity journal, never to change your diet limits. Nourish does not write health records or sell health data. The browser app cannot access these health services.
Use “Forget imported activity” to remove imported step records. Revoke permissions in Apple Health or Health Connect settings. Clearing this app’s browser/site storage or deleting native app data removes the locally saved plans and journal. Exported backup and calendar files are under your control and are not deleted automatically.
The browser version may download fonts from Google Fonts. Native builds use system fonts. Hosting services receive ordinary web requests, but nutrition and health records are not included in those requests. Exported JSON backups contain your saved notes and activity; choose a private location when saving or sharing them. Calendar exports contain selected meal names.
This is a development version. No cloud sync or direct Fitbit/Garmin authorization is enabled.
